We partnered with Flymen Fishing Company to include their brand new Surface Seducer Double Barrel foam popper heads in our freshwater and saltwater tying kits for the month of July. They’re just so deadly we had to get them in the hands of our Tribe Members. what’s the best way to color the feathers and legs to match the color of the head?
I’d say you could either buy the right color feathers to match or find feather colors that will match a variety of head colors. Just because the head is blue doesn’t mean you’re feathers have to be blue. You could have a crazy colored head and natural colored feathers and catch fish all day, or if you have a white head, use chartreuse feathers to create a classic color scheme.
