Trout – East
Trout – West
During the spring, having a diverse selection of patterns is key to tricking trout. Hatches are coming off all over and you want to make sure you have the right flies. This month both the East and the West will be receiving collections of dries, nymphs, and streamers in awesome spring colors and designed to fool fish. For eastern anglers, we have an awesome selection of sulfur patterns which typically begin hatching in early May. Don’t forget to try all the combinations of dries and nymphs in dry-dropper rigs so you fish the entire water column.

Warmwater
This month its all about topwater. From Blockhead poppers that make more noise than a AC/DC concert and Sneaky Pete sliders designed to look like frogs and struggling bait fish. These flies will crush bass and Panfish all Spring, Summer, and Fall. Thank God its popper season, right?

Saltwater
This month we shipped out a collection of one of our favorite unweighted baitfish patterns, the FF Baitfish. These patterns have fooled countless saltwater species and fish amazingly on floating, intermediate and sinking lines depending on where in the water column the fish you seek are sitting. The sherbet color works especially well on bright bluebird days and the shad version is pretty much always attached to one of our leaders when we chase striped bass!

Salmon & Steelhead
Summer Steelhead are on their way and the annual spring runs of salmon are beginning their spawning runs. This collection of flies is bound to have the color that your fish are keyed in on this month. Swing em or dead drift them and wait for the familiar tug at the end of your line.
